菜頭粿食譜
菜頭一顆削薄片切細
在來米粉半包加一大碗公的水(A)
大火將切細的菜頭炒熟(可加入香菇、肉燥、香腸等)
將A倒入鍋中攪拌
轉小火
攪拌至非常濃稠
倒入已經抹上一層油的電鍋內鍋
放入電鍋蒸熟(外鍋放1/2杯水)
取出放涼
